VStack + Filter with #Calc

long time no see,

=VSTACK(FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX3),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX4),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX5),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX6),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX7),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX8),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX9),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX10),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX11),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX12))

if the filter don't find the value, ie fx3 or fx4 and etc, then it returned CALC error,
so when trying to combine vstack with filter it also return for all CALC, how to avoid this?

=LET(v,VSTACK(FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX3,""),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX4,""),FILTER(A2:D5000,AX2:AX5000=FX5,"")),FILTER(v,INDEX(v,,1)<>""))
