Can a working Excel spreadsheet be applied to my website that will allow a visitor to the website to input values and have calculations done for them

Yes, there is a way to do this using ASP, obviously your host has to support ASP. Try searching the web for some related articles, http://www.asp101.com is a good site to start at.

You need to understand however, Excel is not multiuser so expect some problems if you get more than one person using this at anyone time via a web interface.
