Web Query in Excel using vba

Hi,

I have attached an excel file http://www.box.net/shared/ojb8hygyrvvmt2nput3d
, which is meant for creating the meaning of phrases from Internet.

The excel file also includes the Vba code for doing the same. After running the same, neither it gives any error nor it gives any results.

Apart from this, i want to arrange the data in the following manner:
ColA Col B Col C
Phrase Meaning Sentence with the Phrase

To do the above, i need assistance in doing the same with the help of VBA.
