Week number by month

Is there a way to get the week number by month? I know there is the
weeknum() function but that is for the year.

I need to create a chart by week for each month, so need to first figure out how to indicate which week according to data.

Does this work?

=ROUNDUP(DAY(A1)/7,0)

Maybe this:

A2:A366 are 1/1/2005 through 12/31/2005
B2 =WEEKNUM(A2), with B2 filled down through B366
C2 = 1
C3 =IF(MONTH(A3)<>MONTH(A2),1,IF(B3=B2,C2,C2+1)), with C3 copied down through C366

Column C is weeknumber by month.
