Hey all!
I have a list of dates where I need to know the cycle time MINUS WEEKEND DAYS. The list below is an example of my list containing how many weekend days there are and what the 'true' cycle time for each item is. This was done manually but is there a function to do this automatically?
'True' cycle time formula is just 'Cycle time' - 'Weekend days'.

Welcome to the board!

Try the NETWORKDAYS function (which requires the analysis toolpack to be enabled)

Hi,
Probably an easier way but one quick way I can think of...

Say dates are in column A

Insert a column....type in formula...eg =TEXT(B2,"dddd")

This will give you Mon,Tues,Sat Sun etc...

Either sort and delete weekends or use a lookup for results

Hope this helps
