Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a beginner excel training class/seminar in the LA/Orange County area. I have a new employee who is in desperate need of help, but I do not have the time/patience to teach her myself. Preferably a 1 day seminar and less than $200 where she could learn basic formulas, formattings, shortcuts, etc.

Thanks,
Mitch

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Sorry that I cannot advise regarding seminars in the area you are (I am in the UK) but, seeing that you have not yet had a response from anyone else, I wonder if you have considered the MrExcel LiveLessons that are based on Bill's seminars:

She would not be able to ask questions as would be possible in a real live seminar but at least she could learn at her own pace and repeat the lessons as required.
