I'm running Excel 2010 on Windows 7 with an Epson stylus photo R230 printer.

On the preview, the margins look fine but on the printout, the bottom margin is about one inch more. Thus, the printout is shrunk vertically by one inch. I checked the paper size setting. It's OK. What would cause this problem? Thanks.

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Some printers have a default boarder size. Some have a minimum border size and will not allow you to print with borders that fall outside that.

Check your printer handbook, it should say what the minimum boarder size is.

Double check your page layout settings too. Make sure they match the paper size (I've seen these change from what I had them at before).
