I have a list of 375 names pulled from 6737 records. I then I have subset of that list, and my subset has 74 names. I want to create a list of the 371 names that remain without manually looking through the main list and deleting those from the subset list.

Any help here would be appreciated.

371 remaining names? Do you mean the subset has 4 names (375-4=371)?

Oops - the remaining 301 names.

I want to take the orginal 375 and subtract the subset of names to leave me with a list of 301 names.

Hi ,

Could you not just to a vlookup against your 75 list. All the #N/A's = your 301 list?
