What is wrong with this IF statement?

=IF('Data Entry'!C10=F,"Density at "& TEXT('Water Raw Data'!F21,"#") & TEXT('Water Raw Data'!E21, "#") & " (g/mL)","Density at "& TEXT('Water Raw Data'!F31,"#") & TEXT('Water Raw Data'!E31, "#") & " (g/mL)")

Basically, I'm trying to have a cell return a value depending on if the 'Data Entry'!C10 says F or C. When testing, if I enter F, I get a #NAME? Error, if I enter C in the formula, I get a "The formula you typed contains an error" and the C is highlighted.

HELP!
 

Excel Facts

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
