Where to find help?

First off, I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong place, or if this type of post is inappropriate for this forum. I read the instructions I found, and did not see anything against this type of post. If I am making a mistake, moderator, please remove my post. My apologies.

I would like to ask where you might suggest I go to hire someone to do some excel & data work for one of my businesses. I am looking to hire someone for 5-20 hours of work for an initial project, and then have them work a few hours a month as needed. It can all be done remotely.
