Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I am not sure where you get that colour code from, but if you look in VBA help, under "ColorIndex Property" you will get a list of colours and their codes. Also, see "RGB function".

Hi
add new sheet and run the code
Code:
Sub clr()
Dim lastR As Range, i As Integer
With ActiveSheet
    .Range("a:b").Clear
    For i = 1 To 56
        Set lastR = .Range("a65536").End(xlUp)
        lastR.Offset(i).Interior.ColorIndex = i
        lastR.Offset(i, 1) = i
    Next
End With
End Sub
it will display colrindex in Col.B
