which function should I use for this problem I have?

More than 15 A
Between 1 and 15 B
0 C
Between -1 and -15 D
Less than -15 E

I want a formula which would give me an answer from column B, depending on a given number

for example if the number was 0, I want the answer to be C

or if it was -27, I want the answer to be E

or if it was 7, I want the answer to be B

if anybody could give a formula for me I would be very grateful
