Why, "join since .." has been removed in the new forum

I thought it was interesting to see when people joined this forum. I like to see mine too to see my progress for example. Why it has been removed? And why "Thanks"button has been removed and only "Like" left. Thank you.

Move your cursor over to the users icon on left side of screen. A window pops up with the users information.

And when I move cursor to Like Icon you have several icons to choose from. Happy Sad etc. Sure there is no Thanks.

Basically it comes down to the fact it's different software, and therefore different ways of doing things.
