why message box show twice

Hello
I need fixing problem show message twice instead of one

Private Sub ComboBox4_Change()
If (Not Me.OptionButton7) * (Not Me.OptionButton8) Then
MsgBox "check optionbutton before ,please", vbCritical
 OptionButton7.Value = False
 OptionButton8.Value = False
 Me.ComboBox4.Value = ""
 Exit Sub
 End If
 End Sub

Because the code is clearing the value from combobox4, it is being changed twice so the code runs twice.

Just check that it is not blank before showing the message box and it should be problem solved.

    MsgBox "check optionbutton before ,please", vbCritical
    OptionButton7.Value = False
