I have a situation where a program (which I have NO control over) will dump a data set into an excel file and label the workbook CH567_Current_Date/Time. Since the CH567_ will always be the same, but the current date and time will chane by the second, I was wondering if there is a way to have a macro move between workbooks using a wildcard.

I tried windows("CH567"*).activate, but I'm sure you already realized that would not work. I also tried different variations to no avail. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
I guess if I do this in a certain order and plan out the the macro steps accordingly it should work.... I think... Thank you very much for your suggestion!
