Windows CSV files

I need to save an Excel worksheet as Windows .csv file. My Excel Home Student version does not have this SAVE AS option but only comma separated values. I tried to upload a fiel saved with this option, but the system receiving it does not read the file. The Web Master told me that I ONLY have to use the Specialty Format Windows Comma Separated Values. What can I do???
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
