Hi,

I have a daily spreadsheet template that will be copied each day of the week with new data for analysts to work.
I have a macro set up to automatically send an e-mail to the analysts when there account referral is over 3 days. This is working fine.

What i need is for this to run without opening Excel as the analysts wont need to re open the previous days spreadsheet.

Does anyone have a suggestion to help with this please, someones mentioned Windows Task Scheduler??

Thanks

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
You would need to open up your control panel, look at Administrative Tasks, then look at Schedule tasks then look to create a task and follow the steps from there. When using this method if on your PC you have to have your PC swithced on to run it.

Which version of Windows are you using?

When you open the Control Panel do you see all the normal things you would expect to see or is there a restriction?

The following comes from my help system so see if this helps:

Code:
You can start the Task Scheduler MMC snap-in by using a single command from the command line or by using the Windows interface. Task Scheduler can also be started by double-clicking the Taskschd.msc file in the %SYSTEMROOT%\System32 folder.

If you have restrictions you would have to ask your system administrators to create the task for you.
