windows vista, change the admin name

I bought a new computer with Windows Vista and my son took it upon himself to set it up. During the process it asked him for a name, which became the administrator name, and is used for admin folder names, etc.

Is there a way to change that name? I know how to change the user names, but I see no way to change the administrator account name, only the password.
