wont let me pull info from cell

Hello everyone - hoping to find some guidance here.

I am working on a spreadsheet and I want a specific cell to pull information from another cell. So, what I did was I clicked on the cell that I wanted the information to pull from and it worked fine. However, when I saved the spreadsheet and closed it and went to work on it this morning - it's not pulling the information from the cell I selected. It still shows "=L7" in the cell that I want to pull the information to, but it's not showing the actual numerical value I want to show. Any thoughts? Thanks!
