Word formatting in Excel

Hi, I am trying to find out is there a way to copy formatted text from Word and get the same in Excel? I am working with 2010 of both. When I do this it always clears it in excel.
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
I see what you mean but some thing that I copy from word I have the Paste Special and other past options, When I copy some text there is only one option. Just Paste.
