Word, using two columns in Execl to find and replace text

I have a word doc that I that I have to replace text in.

If sheet1 column A has alist of the Strings that need to be found and B has the replacement string, how to code it.
I found a link to this and how to do it but I have lost it.

If anyone knows how to do this, I would love a hand. If you know the link please post it.

I found the find and replace but I can't find how to set the column a and the search for and b as the replace with.

Even it someone knows were to go look or post.
