Hi all,

Currently our work rota is used with everyone’s name down column A and they will then be given a task on set days. E.g. Roger might say Cath labs on a Monday and then outpatient clinic on a Tuesday.

However, more recently we have noticed an increase in services not been covered. For example we need two people each day to do Cath labs but some days we have only one person rota’d.

Does anyone know an easy method for excel to highlight we haven’t covered an area. For example if we hadn’t rota’d 2 people into Cath lab excel would then tell us.

Thank you in advance.
