Work time tracking chart

I have a software which can do 4 piece of work at a time. Usually it only does 2-3 work at a time as per the data given. It gives me a report at day end on when each work was started and ended. In a given day, there could be a 100 work completed. I want a excel chart or report on when it was on a single task, two tasks and three tasks so I can better manage my time and resources.
