Hi

Try the following:

Paste in the workbook module:

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)

If MsgBox("Have you confirmed the data?", vbYesNo) = vbNo Then
    Cancel = True
    Application.Goto Worksheets("Entry").Range("A1")
End If
End Sub

Please test.
