Workbook Help Please

Hi Guys,
I have a summary workbook that gets data from several other workbooks. I would like to be able to email the summary to other people once the data enry has been finished, without having to send the other workbooks where the data is being populated from.

Excel 2007

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Make a copy of the workbook.
2) In the copy, go to each sheet, select ALL, COPY, then EDIT > PASTE SPECIAL > Values.
3) Save the copy, email that, it no longer has any formulas in it.
