Workday formula giving strange results

Morning,

I am using basic formula for workday function based on another date, but getting strange results

So, using '=workday(a1,7)' to add 7 days onto entered date in cell, date in cell is 24/01/2022, and getting result of 44594?. And another cell with a date of 13/01/2022 is giving result of 44585?.

I though at first it was the format, and made sure the formula cell was changed to number, but does not change the result?. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

J.

made sure the formula cell was changed to number

Hi, the WORKDAY() function returns a date and you need to format the cell containing the formula as a "date".
