Two questions:

I created a database and view the results in pivot table view. I noticed that the pivot table seems to round the amounts up to the necessary dollar. Why does it do that and is there a way to fix it so it sums up to the correct amount?

On the pivot table view is there a way to delete or remonve the colun and or row for grand totals?

Thanks
Herb

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
1. Right-click a heading just above the first data value and choose Properties to get the Properties popup. On the Format tab look for Number: and change it to what you want -- you can even type in something like "0.00".

2. Right-click every heading that has a drop-down arrow, and if Subtotal is highlighted, click it to turn it off.
