With the help of Jasonb I have created a 14 team league that works very well and the top team moves to the top and so on. However, I would like to enhance it with trend arrows. I am not too experienced with Excel so it would need to be explained in fairly layman terms. I understand that I need current and previous data. I have tried using IF formulas, but the problem I have is, while I can create an "up and down" column I cant get the variance data to associate with the team names as they move up and down.

If anybody could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance

Robert
