Is there anywhere i could go to convert a spreadsheet so i can paste it properly in the forum? It's really annoying that i can't download...

You should be able to copy and paste directly from Excel to the board maybe depending on your User CP options for the type of board you are using?

I usually put a boarder around the data so it can be seen easier.

Edit: I guess you can't directly copy into the general excel questions forum from Excel, but see the test here:
