Worksheet menubar

Is there a way to add a menubar to my userform so that it has my own custom names on the bar, for example Maintenance. And when I select it it would act just as if I selected File or Edit in any program.

Use the View Menu to create a custom toolbar and add your macros to customised buttons

View>Toolbars>Customise>Toolbars>New

Thanks for the reply Roy, but I want to be able to add this to one of my userforms that I created, I'm not quite sure how to add this to my userform.

I'm almost certain that this can't be done with MSForms userforms. I had a good look on http://www.deja.com as well and this seemed to confirm this. Rather than me repeating what's already been said, take a look at this for example:-
