is there any difference between using " "Worksheets" versus "Sheets" in VBA...are they synominous?

I think its a quick answer either way, but searching to find answer was a little tedious...thank you!

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Sheets includes chart sheets as well as worksheets. Worksheets includes only worksheets (there's a surprise!).
