Good afternoon/evening/morning all - I wonder if anyone can help?

I have a fairly simple line chart with monthly (end of the month) datapoints, from 30/04/2006 - 31/05/2011. However, on the x axis all I want to see are the quarterly datapoints, i.e: 30/06/2006, 30/09/2006, 31/12/2006, 31/03/2007 and so on.

I've hunted high and low with no success....can anyone help???

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
No need to destroy your data. {grin}

Assuming your dates are dates as Excel understands them...

Right click on the horizontal (X) axis, then select Format Axis... | Axis Options tab | set Major Unit to 3 months.
