XML question

Hi,

I hope this is the right place for this, if not sorry for wasting your time.

I know how to create an xml file and embed/map into excel. But the data in this file is static unless I create a new xml file.

I have website links that take me to a site that has xml code on the site... the values in the xml code are constantly updating on the site.

Is their a way to use the website links to get to the xml code on them and thus getting to the updated data within the xml code? In turn by doing this I can view the updating data within excel?

Let me know if this is not clear enough.

Thanks
