XML to XLS (Excel)

Hi,
how do i create a spreadsheet trought VBA macros, containing the data from a XML file? i´m using Excel 2003

I have a program that do this for me, but i have to do it one by one, and i´m losing several hours each day.

this would be a simple XML to XLS.

i´m so lost in this subject for several days...

there are two files there, the first is the XML pack from two days, sorted in folders
the second one is the XLS output files. the filenames are associated with some codes that are in the txt file in this second file.

note that the XLS generated has some formulas in it... and for me it´s really tricky!

i´ve started to work with mouse APIs shell and sendkeys to try to control the program... but let´s say it´s a little advanced for me...
but i´ll keep trying.... hate to have to do this 100 times a day!
