Y,x lookup

I have 30 items that are sold by 10 sales reps. Here is the report I get out of the as400.

The report covers one month. I would like to setup excel to enter this date each month and have it show each sale reps
items and how many sold. I know its already here, but need to use the data in charts to make the data visual. Like who sole the most this month. Them use each month on a year chart.

OK my problem is how do I do something like vlookup that will keep the salesmen seperate without having to format the report every month.
