Good day,

kindly assist with an "if condition formulA for a loan monitoring sheet
1. IF AMOUNT IS MORE THAN 0 AND DUE DATE IS EXCEEDED THAN TODAY CELL COLOR=RED
2. IF AMOUNT IS 0 CELL COLOR= GREEN.
3. IF AMOUNT NOT DUE CELL COLOR= BLUE
4. 10 DAYS TO DATE DUE CELL COLOR= YELLOW
5. 15 DAYS AFTER DUE DATE CELL COLOR= BROWN

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
You need to use conditional formatting - the option to use a formula is probably best.

If you need help with the formula to enter for each condition, please specify:
  • The columns containing the amount/due date.
  • The priority of the conditions. In other words, if more than one condition is met, what colour should the cell be.
