Mail Sheet only macro

I'd like to add a macro to a button on my worksheet that will mail the "sheet only" not the file as an attachment and preferably just the print area or a range of cells. I want to include a subject and addresses that can be changed by entering data in cells on another worksheet in the same workbook.

Where can I learn how to do this or would someone furnish the VB code?
