compare program

Is there a program out there that will compar etwo excell spreadsheets and then highlight the differences. The reason I ask is that i view spreadsheets everyday that info is either added to or taken away from. I would like to compare the new spreadsheet with the old one for differences. Your help would be greatly appreciated
