I am trying to change the color of the texts in a column with text "Grade or Code"
I am in the Conditional Format->Formula Is.
Then I type in
=OR("Grade","Code")
however, it doesn't work
Did I do something wrong?
Please help
Thanks in advance

=OR(A1="Grade",A1="Code")
