Say I would like to fix rows 1, 2 and 3 so that when i scroll up and down, I can always see the three rows.

How do I go about fixing the 3 rows?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Select cell A4, then select Window=>Freeze Pane

You can also freeze columns, i.e. if you select cell C4 and freeze pane then when you scroll down the first three rows will be frozen on the screen and also when you scroll right column A and B will be frozen.

To unfreeze selct Window=>Unfreeze Panes

Hope that helps.

Select the cell in row 4 in the far left column of the range, usually column A. Click on Window, Freeze Panes.
