Yes this is true in that the Screen resets
(Excel2000+ only) BUT the status for
screenupdating is still set to False within
the program....

True if screen updating is turned on. Read/write Boolean.
Remarks
Turn screen updating off to speed up your macro code. You won't be able to see what the macro is doing, but it will run faster.
Remember to set the ScreenUpdating property back to True when your macro ends.
So I genearally always reset this in the program
especially for backwards compatibilty PLUS
the fact that most of my routines are called
from others and may / may not require the screen update.
