    Hello chaps,

In column A is an address with lines seperated by commas. In column B is the Postcode. There are approx 3000 records and I need to re-create this in a single column.

Eventually this ends up in MS Word, in a table, each address in a box in the format

    line 1,
    line 2,
    line 3,
    county.
    postcode

The table is two addresses wide, and 1500 long. Is there a simple way of tidying it sufficiently to make it less labour intensive?

    Cheers,
    Marcus

    Hi Marcus

Not sure how you want the end result, but select Column "A" and try Data>Text to columns
