Solution #1
Maybe not the best solution, however, I would turn the column into multiple columns. I typically keep columns limited to 50 rows in Portriat.
The quickest way to accomplish the breakdown of a long column would be as follows:
If your list starts at A2 goto B2 and enter
=A51
Copy that cell and past it down to B50. Continue that process in C2, D2, etc. until finished. Upon finishing copy the whole page and save special "values". Finally, delete A51 thru A65000. (hint- hold the shift key at A51, hit the end key, then down arrow.)
For two long columns, I would simply use the borders to identify the continued data.
Solution #2
If you have several columns of data and only a few are long, I would suggest selecting the column header row to be continued on all pages in the page setup.
I hope this will provide as an aid, until a better solution is made.
