Timed Userform

Is there a way to make a userform or inputbox appear at certain times whilst a workbook is open.

eg 12.00
14.00
16.00
18.00
20.00

at each of these times an input box appears and asks for an input.

Poser for you guyz??????
Please help

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Have a look @ online help for Ontime
ie. While in the VBE Press F1 and type in
OnTime
