Disable Auto Open Macro

I have the auto_open sub engaged and for some reason when I click to open the file excel closes can you please help me...
 

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Sort by date Sort by votes
Hold the left shift key down while you double-click to open the file.
