File > Send To > Mail Recipient (As Attachment)...

you posted some four hours later ??? the board has been asnswered and you post offeres little advance, i welcom and warmly thank all posters for help even if negative that is does not work but was sent in good faith and is related to topic... here you say just the same... do you not read the posts and all the feed, i have noticed this has happened before....
Im not digging you or bing hostile, but credit the posters work is all im hinting at and read the posts fully... never know might learn from the wonderful guys, i know i do every day.

You will need to go to >> Send to >>> Mail Recipient as attachment>>
Then excel will ask you if you want to send the whole document or just the selected sheet.Hope that helps you to perform your task.
