3D contour plots with spec limits

I'm trying to make a 3-d plot in excel from a pivot plot that will allow me to put in spec limits (upper and lower) in addition to data. I have found a way to put in a "floor" XY plane but not a ceiling. Do you know of a way to do this? Also, is there a way to add color to the floor [and ceiling] plane? Thanks.
 

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
