Creating a macros that opens at a certain sheet

I create a book with a large # of sheets using the first sheet as a "Table of Content" with hyperlinks to another sheet. Does anyone know how to create a macros that will, as one opens the file, open to the Table of contents? Any help will be greatly received. I dont know VB so im out of luck and I obviously don't know excel that well.
