Hi,
What you're asking about is a 'mouse move' event.
I know we can trap that in a userform that's showing, but as far as I know there isn't a mouse move event we can use on the sheet itself. (Suppose some kind of UDF could be written for it, but I've never seen one.)
Now watch, someone will come along and prove me wrong!
(- which I guess would be good for you though, eh?)
