Is there a formula, that

If I add up some cell and they come out negative the outcome is always 0 Zero?

I do not want to have any negative numbers.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Try,

=MAX(0,your sum formula)

If the result > 0, the sum formula holds. If <=0, the 0 is the max and is returned.
